A good question! 我可以问问教e-references的老师和这边的reference librarians，要是有什么资料，再传给你。我知道公共图书馆的导读系统几年前就有类似的‘space'，由馆员做书评，其他馆员可以补充。

看来在参考咨询中，做为咨询问题库，也可使用wiki,共同松建一个咨询系统。曾老师：不知这方面的典型案例有哪些？

从文章看，这样做是很合乎现实的，如果你们有自己的wiki，没有外界链接的限制，应该可以也这样做起来。要是图书馆评估除了藏书量和人流量外，也考虑引用和查询量，这样做更是有益。相信在技术上你们的力量是毫无问题的！
